Baldwin Richardson Foods is committed to employee wellness and provides employee programs to improve the health of our employees. Health & Wellness Programs are offered including Eat Well Live Well, Step Up, Weight Watchers, and participation in the Chase Corporate Challenge. We offer bi-annual health fairs which include: blood pressure screening, cholesterol screening, flu shots, exercise/gym discounts and options, stress management initiatives and health risk assessments.

Wellness is not just a thing to do right now; it is a lifestyle change that requires thought, motivation, and commitment to be successful. As a company we are committed to finding the best options for employees to increase their ability to address significant health issues, educate employees on ways to eat better, exercise and live a healthier life.

Our company sets goals and targets at all levels to address the need for a strong safety record and was awarded in 2010 the Leadership in Safety Award from CNA for leading the efforts of safety in manufacturing and for reducing the NAICS rating to below acceptable limits which sets us apart as beating the “standard” for the industry.
