As we bring new ideas to life, our aim is to create best-in-class products that will grow our customer’s business and excite end consumer taste buds. With those goals in mind, we first come together as a team to discuss and review the product “must-haves” to ensure we can meet our customer’s requirements (clean label, organic, non-GMO, ingredient statement, nutritional profile, shelf-life requirements, etc.).
To create a robust product design, we undertake an extensive review of the ingredients, formulation, manufacturing and filling processes by a comprehensive Baldwin Richardson Foods (BRF) team, including food scientists, operations and engineering experts, supply chain management, finance, marketing and food safety. As the design takes shape, the team will conduct sensory and consumer research to validate the design.
